Koolstop has been making break shoes for bicycles since 1977.

The nice thing about koolstop brake shoes is that they really put alot of research and development into making a good shoe. They experiment with different rubber compounds, different angles, Kool Stop takes their brake shoes very seriously.

Although they make alot shoes for the MTB and road bike market, they also put alot of effort into developing BMX specific brake shoes designed to function with BMX bike and the popular breaking systems available.
