HOFFMAN BIKES

Hoffman Bikes is a rider owned BMX Company started by Mat Hoffman back in the early 90's. Mat used to ride for Haro Bikes way back in the day when Haro had a huge freestyle team that included freestyle legends Dennis McCoy, Brian Blyther, Ron Wilkerson, and many other Superstars.

After Mat left Haro is when he really started to make his mark in BMX. He organized and ran street. ramp and freestyle contests which set the standard fro all BMX contests you see today including the X-Games and the Gravity Games, and the Dew Action Sports tour. Without Mat (and Ron Wilkerson who also ran contests) who knows how BMX would have turned out.

Besides being a genius promoter and marketer, Mat set the standards for Pro Freestyle riding as well. He went higher, farther, and crazier than anyone in the early and mid 90's, and inspired a whole new generation of riders to take things to another level.

It's pretty amazing that besides doing all that he found time to start and run his own BMX company - Hoffman Bikes. HB makes complete BMX bikes, frames, and a full line of accessories. Every thing is super hardcore and very good quality.
